Founded 1928. Wellington launched what became the Wellington Fund (now Vanguard Wellington) and still sub-advises Vanguard Wellington, Vanguard Health Care, and other Vanguard funds. The firm is employee-owned and runs equity, fixed income, alternatives, and private capital, with a research-driven team-based culture rather than star PMs.
